DOCG Prosecco wine obtained from Glera grapes produced with the Martinotti-Charmat method.
Glera is an ancient, semi-aromatic grape with golden and compact berries. To Prosecco di Valdobbiadene it gives refinement, finesse, harmony. In the glass, Clara appears of a sparkling straw-yellow nuance with a constant and continuous perlage. The impact on the nose is intense and direct, with an exotic touch of incense that reminds to floral hints of hawthorn and citrus with crunchy medlar fruit.
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with finger food and delicious gourmet appetizers such as mini chicken burgers or stuffed cherry tomatoes and sweet peppers.
