DOCG Prosecco produced from Glera grapes according to the Martinotti-Charmat method.
Glera is an ancient, semi-aromatic grape with golden and compact berries. To Prosecco di Asolo it gives elegance, lightness, brilliance, and a delicate scent that makes it pleasant, soft, and light. The bright straw yellow color, moved by a very fine perlage and a scented foam of hawthorn flowers eyeing yellow apple, characterizes this Prosecco wine which has become one of the most drunk in the world, a symbol of the joy of life, conviviality, and renowned Italian hospitality.
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with finger food and delicious gourmet appetizers based on a fruit pickle set between salami or DOP cheeses.
Label: like Caterina, the Venetian queen of Cyprus awarded the title of Lady of Asolo, this joyful wine leaves a long and elegant memory of itself.
